Attorney Profile

Jennifer’s passion for helping others is what led her to law. She works hard for her clients, listens to their concerns, and makes every effort to address those concerns.

Jennifer is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area. She was raised by immigrant parents in a bilingual Chinese-American household; thus she is familiar with the immigrant experience and its promise. She is an avid traveler and has lived in Shanghai, China and Geneva, Switzerland. These international experiences give her an open mind to diverse cultures.

Jennifer received her Bachelor's degree from UC San Diego in French Literature and Political Science. She studied law at Northeastern University School of Law. Prior to starting her practice, Jennifer has worked as a Dependency Attorney with Sacramento Child Advocates, and has clerked with the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office, the Youth Law Center, and International Bridges to Justice. She has also worked as an Americorps volunteer at East Palo Alto Academy.

Jennifer speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and French. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association.
